Had to go use the restroom really bad as an uber and they didnt let me go. I understand they can refuse anyone which is true but I really had to go

I 13 years old. I have lived here my full life. The pool has too much leafs bugs and piss. The homes are not the best, my brother is allergic to moss, guess what. Moss all in the rooms (not all in the rooms just in the corners) I am not sure how am I alive, cuz I heard gun shots just outside of my house. The management: the new manager is good with kids, but not so good on repairs. The only good thing about this place is the soda vending machine: I can get out my house, 1.75$ in my hand, and say I want a sprite in a hot summer day(just a tip don't go at night let's just say: it won't end good for you, homeless people will jump u)

This is the worst place I've ever lived at. The old management used to actually enforce rules, but ever since the current management took over it's been nothing but a big mess. Neighbors are loud after 10 PM. Sometimes it'll be 3 in the morning and someone will either have loud music or their TV blasting. Neighbors are some of the most pettiest I've ever had. I can't walk in my own apartment without having a neighbor bang their ceiling because I'm being "loud". Management never did their job, ever. If you had any complaints they would ignore them and give you a generic response. They don't care what anyone does. If something in your apartment needs repair, they think you're responsible. They are never in the office and even contacting them is impossible. They'll never answer and if they do, you're a lucky one. They seem to hate you for just wanting them to do their basic job.

Living here has been a hassle and a complete nightmare! The property management has a very high turnover. There are lots of fires and homeless people in the surrounding areas. There are lots of break INS and illegal towing of vehicles. Restricted access to facilities and amenities. I've seen it go from paradise to the shits. They can do better!
