Living here is very frustrating. At first, this place was very comfortable because the managers from before were strict so that the entire community followed the rules of the contract. Before, the manager paid surveillance to take care of the place all night and even had a towing service for the person who parked in the red zones or blocked pedestrian sidewalks and water stations. But from three years ago to today, everyone does what they want, it seems that there is no manager. Nobody respects the assigned parking spaces, supposedly the contract says that there are two parking spaces per apartment and they even give us two stickers and ask us to register our vehicles in the contract but disrespectful people without education have up to 5 cars per apartment and without a sticker inside the property. On weekends they block even the steps for wheelchairs and occupy the spaces for the disabled and nobody says anything to them because the manager is not interested in that. Before, the manager maintained the corridors on each floor, but now this manager does not maintain anything, nor does he have a number to call the tow truck, much less pay for surveillance at night. I don't know if she reports the expenses to the company or if she actually keeps the money. Also at this time there are many fights between neighbors over the parking lot, or over the noise of apartments that have more than six people living in a single apartment and they make a lot of noise that even the police come very often trying to calm them down. Every nights there are homeless looking cans at the trash containers!,. The times I look for the manager for any problem related to my apartment she is never there and there is only one lady taking her errands and if you ask her something she never has an answer for anything. At the entrance of the office there is a sheet with the phone numbers of the company so that you can call in case you have a problem, but when you call they give you many excuses and you can never talk to someone who takes things seriously. I do nât recommend this place at all.
